About Joseph:

I started taking pictures relentlessly at age 14. I photographed school friends, cars, sporting events and uncooperative pets to everyone's annoyance.

I developed my first black and white prints in a Savannah middle-school darkroom. The orange safe light gave the room an erie glow and the pungent odor of the acid stop bath never leaves your memory. As the image slowly appeared in the developer tray I was mesmerized. I knew this was it. I was called.

My goal is to experience that same sense of awe again and how fortunate can one be to call that your profession?
